The 1st battle of Rellano was an engagement on 24 March 1912 during the Mexican Revolution. It was fought between government troops loyal to Francisco I. Madero and rebel troops under Pascual Orozco. The engagement was a success for Orozco's 7,000 troops against his enemy, General Salas and his 8,000 men.
