Fire Woman is a rock song by the band The Cult, written by singer Ian Astbury and guitarist Billy Duffy. It was the first single released from their fourth studio album Sonic Temple, and was subsequently featured on all of The Cult's compilation/ greatest hits albums, as well as being a steady fixture of the band's live performances. It peaked at #2 on the US Modern Rock singles chart, and #46 on the US Top 100. It reached #1 on the New Zealand singles charts. Two remixed versions were released as B sides or promos - "Fire Woman (LA Rock Mix)" and "Fire Woman (NYC Rock Mix)".

This song has also been used during the closing credits of every Australian broadcast of the Formula 1 2007 season to date.
