Notability criteria: "Contains at least one member who was once a part of or later joined a band that is otherwise notable; note that it is often most appropriate to use redirects in place of articles on side projects, early bands and such. "

She was a member of ABC.

I don't believe that she meets the criteria for notability. She was not a proper member of the band, but rather more of a session musician, involved for a very brief period during the recording of one album, for which she provided what were essentially backing vocals. My understanding is that Russell-Powell and David Yarritu were at least briefly considered members of the group. Ths seems confirmed by the the official ABC and Martin Fry website, which recaps 1984 with "Stephen Singleton retires from the band and returns to Sheffield. Fry and White travel America in search of new members. David Yarritu and Fiona Russell-Powell join the group. The single How To Be A Millionaire is released in October." If she has any notability at all, it's for her career as a "journalist", not for the less than a year she spent in ABC videos and sleeves.
