The text in this article is more or less a direct copy of the text from http://www.fishdeals.com/fish_diseases/fin_rot/ (the link at the bottom of the page). There are no citations, and no quote marks. It should probably be redone so that it contains the same info (which is great), but not the exact same wording as the online article.
