Finnmark Fylkesrederi (FFR) is a ferry and bus operator in Finnmark, Norway owned by Veolia Transport Norway. The company operates almost all public transport in the county. FFR operates 111 buses and 6 high-speed catamarans.

The company was established in 1916 as a shipping company, but in 1937 it also started bus bus transport. It was until 2003 owned by the county administration of Finnmark.[1] The county has had parts the operation of public transport in Finnmark subject to public service obligation (PSO) contracts since 1996, and FFR opeates all routes but those in central Finnmark, that are operated by Nordtrafikk.[2] This company has also been bought by Veolia, so the corporation performs all public transport in Finnmark.
