Final Hours at Hammersmith is a live album by Welsh rock band Funeral for a Friend. It was recorded from the final UK gig of the Hours tour on 4 June 2006 at Hammersmith Palais, London. It consists of two CDs, and only 2,000 copies were produced. It is not sure, but either Fifty or Two Hundred copies of the CD were signed by the band.
