Filothei (Greek: Φιλοθέη) is a green, affluent northeastern suburb of Athens, Greece, consisting mainly of hillside villas, relatively close to the Olympic Stadium.

The area is home to many of Athens' foreign residents, especially those employed in diplomatic capacities.
