Kalarippayattu (Malayalam: കളരിപ്പയറ്റ്) is an Indian martial art practised in Kerala and contiguous parts of neighboring Tamil Nadu and Karnataka.[1] It incorporates strikes, kicks, grappling , martial dance, and weaponry, as well as healing techniques.[2]
