Fiji Sugar Corporation (FSC) is the Government-owned sugar milling company in Fiji having the monopoly on production of all raw sugar in Fiji.
The FSC came into existence in 1973 when the Colonial Sugar Refining Company disposed of its shares in the South Pacific Sugar Mills (SPSM), following an arbitration, in 1969, on the sharing of proceeds from the sale of sugar between the millers and growers.
