[edit] Quarterfinal Group
The top four teams in both Group A and Group B advanced to the quarterfinal group. Then, each team played the four from the other group once to complete a full round robin. However, the game between Argentina and Panama and the game between Puerto Rico and Brazil were cancelled as Tropical Storm Dean hit Puerto Rico. Thus, the standings did not reflect the order of points earned by the teams. Records from the preliminary groups carried over.
