[edit] Birthdate
If I am not mistaken, on the 12 January 2006 episode of That '70s Show, Fez said that his birthdate was August 2nd (I remember August, however, I am 75% certain that he said 2). Therefore, this would mean that Fez was born August 2nd, 1959. Christophe T. Stevenson 14 January 2006.
[edit] Alex Lindsay
Why would his name be Alex Lindsay? In the episode where he says his name, it is clearly a long name and Hyde says, "We'll never be able to pronounce that."
- Yeah, where did those two rumored names even come from? Also his best friend part is now out of date, as he was seen in the series finale. --Gimpy 21:26, 20 May 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Right-handed
It says he's probably right-handed because he masturbates with his right hand, but I think right-handed men tend to masturbate with their left hand. That's certainly the steretype. Jeremy Peter Green 23:38, 16 August 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Origins
"If this is so, then this is a nod to the fact that Valderrama was born in the U.S. and then immigrated to another country as a young boy." and other nonsense in the Origins section. It's just a gag, there's no evidence that any of the gags about the character are "nods" to anything about the actor. It's ridiculous.
[edit] Stereotype
I am surprised fez is not a complete stereotype. (anonymous)
[edit] Qualities
I came to the page wishing to know his qualities. I can't really tell. Please add a small bit in a new section? Thanks,X [Mac Davis] (SUPERDESK|Help me improve) 04:40, 23 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Messy
This article had everything bunched together making it tedious to read (especially at 1.57am!).
[edit] Fes or Fez
Remembering from the first couple episodes, Kelso was the one who gave him the name but the name stood for Foriegn Exchange Student, so shouldnt it be Fes?
[edit] vandalism
Is it "14:49, 23 July 2007 RMCQgIaSy (Talk | contribs) m (12,108 bytes) (minor typo corrections) (undo)" that vandalised the article by changing various words to rhyming slang?
[edit] Homeland
A little research has given the answer to the matter of Fez' homeland, rather then the one of three that has been there until now. In case someone wants to know, here's the main points that lead to the conclusion:
- The strongest point would most obviously be that Indonesia is 10.000 miles from Wisconsin [1]
- There is no more Dutch influence in Sri Lanka, that would make sense for Fez speaking Dutch.
- The Netherlands Antilles has no jungle.
- Looking at the history, it would make most sense that the Brittish hated the Indonesians.JackSparrow Ninja (talk) 01:38, 13 December 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Nicknames
My revision where I added a couple of Fez's nicknames has been reverted. Surprise surprise, the Wikipedia Nazis got to it. Regardless, all of the other kids from the show have a "Nicknames" entry in their profile section. In the interests of consistency, I think this character should have that too.
