Little Nell's third single with A&M Records was actually a remixed 12" release of her previous 7" single. The extended release was meant to expand her further into the disco scene and despite being popular, the remix also failed to chart. The track has been featured on a number of compilations that also feature recordings by the cast of The Rocky Horror Picture Show, including Tim Curry.
The b-side "See You 'Round Like A Record" on the 12" version is exactly the same as the original single's version.
After the original single for "Fever" was released, Nell struggled with her label to produce a video to help promote the single, but A&M thought it would be too costly and after realizing Nell wasn't a very important asset, they quickly released this single to end her 3-single deal with A&M. It was released in the US, but it's still very difficult to find.
