1. No free equivalent is available or could be created that would adequately give the same information.
2. The image, used here on the non-profit Wikipedia to illustrate the film poster of the film The Edukators, is highly unlikely to cause any problems for the cast or the film studio (UGC Films).
3. The image does not inhibit the marketing or promotion of the film.
4. The image is already published, at Filmposter-Archiv.de.
5. The material is relevant to the article The Edukators, and thus encyclopedic.
6. The image is of a lower quality than its original.
7. Users are reminded that this image should only be used in the article namespace, and must meet WP:FUC when doing so.
8. The film poster will be used in the article The Edukators, so it will not be orphaned.
9. This image is properly attributed and tagged.
