[edit] user talk: ferret injury
i recieved two rescued ferrets from a couple who recieved them from someone else. the boy ferret was apparently crushed when the original owner fell on it. the poor boy not only has crooked teeth so it's hard for him to eat, but he also seems to have developed a growth where he was crushed on his mouth. it's always breaking open and bleeding. i was wondering if you could give me some kind of clue as to what this might be. i don't think it's cancer. there is also a place where skin is rubbing off and it looks like bone. right now i hav an emergency dental problem so i can't afford to take him to the vet at this time. please help me!
