Ferodo

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Ferodo is a British company founded in 1897 by Herbert Frood in Chapel en le Frith, Derbyshire. Ferodo has been a world leading company dedicated to the design and manufacture of friction products, especially braking materials.

Ferodo UK is part of Federal-Mogul Aftermarket UK Limited, a subsidiary of the huge automotive group Federal-Mogul.

In addition, they are famous for having the Ferodo brand name printed on British rail bridges - usually over main roads - with no other identification of what the brand/name is.
