Fernando Zobel de Ayala (born 1960) is a Filipino businessman of German and Spanish blood[citation needed] and member of the influential Zobel de Ayala family of the Philippines. He graduated from Harvard College with a B.A. in Liberal Arts in 1982 and holds a certificate of International Management at INSEAD, France.

He currently serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of Ayala Corporation and has served as Director of the Company since May 15, 1997. He also serves on the Executive committee of the Bank of the Philippine Islands, is a Member of the Board of Integrated Microelectronics, Inc, and Globe Telecom, also serving as the Vice Chairman of the Ayala Foundation, Inc and holds a position as Chairman of Ayala Land Inc., and Ayala International Pte. Ltd.

His brother, Jaime Augusto Zobel de Ayala II, is chief executive officer of the corporation, while his father, Jaime Zobel de Ayala, was president until 1994 and currently holds the title of chairman emeritus.

He has been married to Catherine Silverio (Kit) (daughter of former PBA coach Dante Silverio) since 1994.

He has 4 children named Natasha Consuelo, Sylvia, Katya and Fernando Alvaro (Ferdie)
