Jose Fernando González Quinones (born June 19, 1950 in Arecibo, Puerto Rico) is a retired Major League Baseball infielder. He played during six seasons at the major league level for the Pittsburgh Pirates, Kansas City Royals, New York Yankees, and San Diego Padres. He was signed by the Seattle Pilots as an amateur free agent in 1968. Garcia played his first professional season (in American baseball) with their Class A Clinton Pilots in 1969, and split his last season with the Double-A teams of the Pittsburgh Pirates (Nashua Pirates) and Cincinnati Reds (Nashville Sounds) in 1984.
