Fernando Buesa Arena is an Indoor Sport arena in Vitoria-Gasteiz, Spain. It is primarily used for basketball and the home arena of Saski Baskonia, aka TAU Cerámica.
The arena seating capacity for basketball is up to 9,323 people.
The arena is named after Fernando Buesa, a Spanish politician that was assassinated by ETA.
Originally designed (rather belatedly) as a cattle market In the mid seventies for a city that had already abandoned its links with agriculture and was modernising at a great pace, it was soon turned into a sports arena opened in 1991.
It was formerly known as Araba Arena.
