Fernando Baiano, fullname João Fernando Nelo (born 18 March 1979) is a Brazilian football striker. As of August 2007, he plays for Real Murcia.
He uses Baiano as his nickname, in memory of one of his coaches.
He signed a 3 years contract with Real Murcia, which the club paid €5million to relegated club Celta.
