Fernando Óscar Barbosa, named "Bandeirinha", (born 26 November 1962) is a former Portuguese footballer.
During his club career he played for Varzim, Académica, and Porto. He was a last-minute call-up to the Portugal national football team for the 1986 FIFA World Cup. He never won a senior cap, but played in various youth national teams.
