Fernanda Viégas is a Brazilian researcher and visualization expert currently working at the IBM Watson Research Lab in Cambridge, Massachusetts. She is known for her studies of the growth and change of wiki content communities such as Wikipedia and Wikimedia Commons. Viégas and Martin Wattenberg created IBM History Flow tool that visualizes the editing history of Wikipedia pages
