Fergus Hall

Fergus Hall is a Scottish artist born in Paisley, and has exhibited at the Portal Gallery in London. He is best known for the tarot that he created for James Bond film Live and Let Die. His paintings have been published on two LP sleeves for King Crimson, these three paintings were bought by Robert Fripp from the gallery during the Mid 1970's. During the 70's whilst working on the tarot pack he also worked as a teacher at St Aelreds Junior High in Glenburn, Paisley. From the late 1970s he worked as an art teacher at Trinity High School, Renfrew.

In 1982 his children's book Groundsel was published by Jonathan Cape and won a prize for best picture book in Japan.

Hall is also an accomplished classical guitar and lute player.
