Felt is a hip hop group consisting of Slug (Atmosphere) and MURS. Each of their albums are named after actresses (Christina Ricci & Lisa Bonet), and each of their albums consist of 2 songs named after famous singers; Suzanne Vega, Rick, Morris Day & Marvin Gaye. The duo appeared at the Rock the Bells Festival, Saturday August 11th at the Hyundai Pavilion in Glen Helen, CA.

Slug is the MC of Minneapolis based hip hop duo Atmosphere. He is a founding member of the Rhymesayers Entertainment label. He is considered a concious rapper, often focusing on his love life and other issues in his Minnesota lifestyle. The producer half of Atmosphere, Ant (Anthony Davis), produced Felt's second album Felt, Vol. 2: A Tribute to Lisa Bonet in its entirety.

MURS is one of the lyricists of the Los Angeles hip hop collective Living Legends. He is known for straying away from the generic gang-related, Dr. Dre influenced rap that is so often affiliated with West Coast hip-hop. Living Legends producer, The Grouch, produced Felt's first album Felt: A Tribute to Christina Ricci in its entirety.
