Felix Vasquez

Felix Vasquez (also spelt Vazquez) (born July 7, 1977) is a citizen of New York City, and an New York City Housing Authority employee.
Vasquez was awarded New York's Bronze Medallion for his actions on December 15, 2005 when he caught a three-week old baby which was thrown to him from a burning third-floor Bronx apartment by his mother. Vasquez also performed CPR to resuscitate the child. The event was caught on video (see the CNN link below) and Vasquez was interviewed on many different TV news programs.
