Felix-Raymond-Marie Rouleau

Felix-Raymond-Marie Rouleau (6 April 1866 – 30 May 1931) was a Canadian Roman Catholic priest, Archbishop of Quebec, and Cardinal.
He was the seventh archbishop of Quebec and the third Canadian Cardinal.
He was created a Cardinal in 1927 by Pope Pius XI.
