Mugshot of New York labor racketeer and gangster "Dopey" Benny Fein. The picture is provided by NYPD archives and featured in Herbert Asbury's 1926 book "The Gangs of New York". I believe this picture to be in public domain as all of the images and pictures included therin range between 1840 to 1920's. The photo, which is in the public domain, falls under Wikipedia's fair use policies as an historically significant photo of a famous individual and used for informational purposes.
