Fei Lian / Fie Lien (traditional Chinese: 飛簾; simplified Chinese: 飞帘; pinyin: fēi lián, English: Flying Curtain) is the Chinese god of the wind. He is a winged dragon with the head of a stag and the tail of a snake. He carries wind with him in a bag and stirs up trouble. Fei Lian is kept in check by Houyi, the heavenly archer. In his human form he is known as Feng Bo.
