From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Internationally respected digital artists Fehler have been described as "a William Morris for the digital age" (Creative Review).

Established in 1994 by Fällt co-founder Christopher Murphy, Christophe Behrens [1,024, Fällt] and Otaku Yakuza [Aubergine, Fällt] Fehler currently exists as a platform for a number of aligned designers and artists to work in a variety of combinations, whilst remaining otherwise anonymous.

Fehler works are characterised by a collective approach and are often collaborative in nature. Past collaborators have included: Alorenz (Kitty Yo, Mille Plateaux); Taylor Deupree (12k, LINE); Richard Chartier (LINE, Raster-Noton); and Tina Frank (Mego, Skot).

In addition to creating works for Absolut Vodka and numerous high profile clients worldwide Fehler have worked within the field of audio-related design for the last decade producing work for a variety of independent labels worldwide including Fällt, 1,024, BiP-HOp and Bremsstrahlung Recordings.
