In response to your edit-summary here: Just so you know, that wasn't spam. It was a being used (clumsily) as an inline citation, meant to verify the existence of the article's subject. The website it links to is trusted and is used as a source in other articles too (like this one). I won't revert your change, because I don't think it was necessary as a reference, but in the future, be careful about understanding why links are there before you call them spam.
