[edit] Proposed move

I think this page should be moved to Federal Communications Commission v. Pacifica Foundation. I generally don't like using acronyms in article titles, mostly for clarity. It keeps in-line with other article titles that avoid acronyms, such as Massachusetts v. Environmental Protection Agency and McConnell v. Federal Election Commission. If there are no objections, I'm going to move it within this week. Please leave comments below. --MZMcBride 04:22, 11 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Legislation

I don't see why the 2003 bill designed to outlaw the dirty words was included. The bill didn't pass, and there are thousands of bills introduced every year which don't pass -- we don't put every piece of proposed legislation on a Wikipedia page, do we? Additionally, the link to the bill is broken. If no one objects, I'll delete the legislation section in a few days. If someone objects, well, let's discuss.  :-) Ztrawhcs 17:13, 2 August 2006 (UTC)
