The article doesn't state who the regulations are promulgated by...although neither does http://www.acquisition.gov (or, if it does, it isn't very clear.) Paul 00:46, 29 May 2006 (UTC)

The FAR is governed and updated by three agencies mentioned in the article "It is prepared, issued, and maintained jointly by the Secretary of Defense, the Administrator of General Services, and the Administrator, National Aeronautics and Space Administration (48 CFR 1.103)." (See 2nd paragraph)

I think the FAR should be moved to Government Contracts as its own section.

I would disagree. While the FAR are a subset of Government Contracts, the FAR are sufficiently broad in detail that it would overwhelm the Government Contract article. It would be like putting all of the USA article as a subsection of the article on North America.ThreeE 02:30, 25 September 2006 (UTC)
