Federica Faiella (born February 1, 1981 in Rome) is an Italian ice dancer. Her partner in figure skating is Massimo Scali. They are four time Italian national champions. Faiella previously competed with Luciano Milo.

Faiella & Scali are known for performing "reverse" lifts in competition in which she lifts him.
