Federal Minister for Special Affairs of Germany

A Federal Minister for Special Affairs (Bundesminister für besondere Aufgaben) is a federal minister without portfolio of Germany.
Many leaders of the Kanzleramt, i.e. the Office of the Chancellor, have also been federal ministers without portfolio.
