Endorse concern. Substantive concerns were being raised, but were mainly stylistic points that could be and were being addressed. MikeHobday (talk) 10:32, 16 February 2008 (UTC)

Also agree, I proposed the article last week, but was unexpectedly busy, returning this morning to find it closed! OwainDavies ^(about)_(talk) edited at 10:57, 16 February 2008 (UTC)
