• Support but I think it would be better, if the portal has an anniversary section as well because it is about the philosophy of science. Having inventions related to science, birth/death of the great scientists on a particular day could make portal more attractive. Shyam ^(T/C) 12:34, 24 December 2006 (UTC)

    • Okay, I try to put all the featured portals having selected anniversaries section. They are: Literature, Germany, Tropical cyclones, Biography, Scouting, Aviation, Trains, Military of the United States and War. They might be useful.         • The more I think about it, this recommendation is more appropriate for Portal:History of science for two reasons. First, we're talking about a "history" section. Second, it wouldn't be restricted to "philosophy" items at the other portal. Out of the three high-level science portals – Science, Philosophy, and History – "History" seems to be the logical and sufficient choice. Rfrisbie^talk 20:15, 24 December 2006 (UTC)
