- Object. Previous reviewer have sound remarks; I'll add that the statistics/measurements would probably be better off in a table. Also, there appears to be little recent history. Maybe there not too many interesting events, but the 2004 renovation (mentioned in a photo title) is not mentioned in the text. Also, as I (as a non-American) associate Washington Monument as the site of a great anti-war demonstration in the 1960s. This might be relevent for the article as well.
