Fear of a Black Tangent (15 February 2005, Mush 235) is an abstract rap album by Busdriver. Two of the songs feature other rappers such as Abstract Rude and Ellay Khule. Several other artists were instrumental in the production of this album; "Reheated Pop!" was produced by Omid, "Unemployed Black Astronaut" by Paris Zax, and four songs by Daedelus. The album ends with three unlisted remixes by D-Styles, Prefuse 73, and Nobody. The title "Fear of a Black Tangent" is a spoof of Public Enemy's album Fear of a Black Planet. This is confirmed in the lyrics of Yawning Zeitgeist Intro, by the line "It's a Fear of a Black Tangent, idiot; A Public Enemy spoof."
