Barry Kitson - 01/14/06 - This is the first entry on Barry Kitson. There was limited biographical detail available, and the bibliography could be better.
Women in Refrigerators – 01/11/06 - This is actually an expanded version of a Wiki article here originally called ‘Girlfriend-in-Refrigerator Syndrome’, a term well-known among comic book fans. The GiR article was incorporated into a longer entry, giving some history on the meaning of the term, its use, and the history of the term’s development. Technically, I don’t think this counts as started because it's based on another article; 01/17/06 Restored previous version, included appropriate corrections from other contributors, added sections, corrected references, added additional external links, rearranged opening paragraphs

M-theory is a theory of physics that strives to unite the various string theories. To do so, it essentially describes a model of the universe that resembles a loaf of bread. The universe is the bread. The physical world in which we exist is a slice of that bread. Human beings perceive the universe from within that slice of bread, a mere atom within a molecule of wheat. Now, when you live on an atom in a bread slice within a loaf of bread, you can imagine how confusing things get. Please note that all this stuff about bread atoms isn't in the article. It's just a metaphor. Anyway, I love this stuff! This article might be less confusing than the one on M-theory.
YTMND is short for 'You're the Man Now Dog', a community-based site that exists solely to recombine existing pop-culture into short memes. I don't understand most of the content, but the development of this and other community recombination sites is fascinating. Sites like this convince me that its doubtful that Internet entertainment will develop on a television model, no matter how many tv-shows are available for the ipod.
Burkhard Heim is a fascinating individual. His theories accurately predicted the mass of elementary particles. He spent much of his career working on a Unified Field Theory. His theories are the basis for current discussions on a possible 'hyperspace' engine for space travel. Even more astonishing, at the age of 19, Doctor Heim lost both of his hands, forearms, most of his sight and his hearing in an explosion. I kid you not!

I grew up in a small town called Long Beach, located along the Washington coast. I received my Bachelor’s Degree from Western Washington University. I lived in Seattle for many years, and was lucky enough to spend a lot of time in the Center of the Universe. I received my Master’s Degree from the Metropolitan College of New York. I have a strong passion for digital media and the creative arts.

I’m new to editing/creating entries at Wikipedia, although I’ve followed the development of the software and platform very closely. It’s a great project, and truly revolutionary!

I’m a former construction worker and small-to-medium network systems administrator, digital filmmaker, screenwriter, and am getting ready to self-publish my first novel. I speak English, French and am learning Japanese. I can only write in English though!

I love a beloved, darling, wonderful woman, all kinds of music, movies, quality television shows, a lot of science fiction, fantasy, documentaries, physics, quantum mechanics, comic books, Aikido, France, Spain, Japan, sometimes feel affection for New York City, and am probably interested in more things, but can’t recall any others at the moment. As I age, I become more and more of an Absent-Minded Professor.
