Did Smena relocated to Volkovysk due to FC Zvezda-BGU?, the club started with 1997 season has strong relationaship with BATE, could someone explain that? But the relation end at 1999, and what is the name in 2000, is that Arbita Minsk? Matthew_hk tc 22:35, 15 December 2007 (UTC)
