FC Quebec

FC Quebec are an expansion team to the professional Canadian Soccer League due to join the competition in 2009.[1] They are to be based in Quebec City, marking the leagues expansion out of Ontario.[2] It is hoped to build up a large support base in the city, as it does not possess teams in the Canadian Football League or in Major League Soccer.

The clubs home stadium is not yet determined, and it is possible they may play matches at several grounds initially. A soccer-specific stadium is a long term aim.
