FC Minsk is an Belarusian football club based in Minsk. They play in the Belarusian First League, the second division in Belarusian football, after being relegated from the Belarusian Premier League in 2007.

The club was established in 2006, after a fusion between Zmena Minsk (first team) and FC Torpedo-SKA Minsk.

Zmena-2 Minsk was renamed to Zmena Minsk.
