FC Levadia II Tallinn is an Estonian football club, the reserve team of FC Levadia Tallinn. The club was known as FC Levadia Tallinn and operated as an independent team until 2004 (not to be confused with the present FC Levadia Tallinn, known as Levadia Maardu until 2004). Starting from 2004, Levadia II have been ineligible for promotion to the Meistriliiga.
The club won the Estonian Cup in 2002, beating Levadia Maardu in the final.
