FC Kharkiv (Ukrainian: ФК «Харків») is a professional football club based in Kharkiv, Ukraine.

The club was founded in 2005, entering the Ukrainian Professional League system in the 2004-05 season as FC Arsenal Kharkiv. After a 2nd place finish in the 2005-06 Persha Liha, FC Kharkiv was promoted to the Vyscha Liha for the first time. Upon promotion, the club was renamed to its current name, FC Kharkiv, from FC Arsenal Kharkiv. The team finished 12th in the 2006-07 season, which was their first season in the Premier League. During this season, Oleksandr Hladky, from FC Kharkiv, became the top goalscorer of the season with 13 goals.
