Parameters
s  : season (example: 2007-08)
c1 : competition column 1
c2 : competition column 2
c3 : competition column 3
c4 : competition column 4
c5 : competition column 5
c0w : column 0 width (optional, use if there is mismatch between the columns width when browsing with Mozilla Firefox)
c1w : column 1 width (optional, use if there is mismatch between the columns width when browsing with Mozilla Firefox)
