Can someone explain to me how on earth an FBI employee could have taken this pic? --80.46.119.41 10:10, 12 January 2007 (UTC)

ps I had a look at FBI Most Wanted Terrorists and it's the same with most of the photos there! Can someone change those tags please!!! --80.46.119.41 10:16, 12 January 2007 (UTC)
You're absolutely right. This should not have been on the Main Page.--Pharos 10:58, 12 January 2007 (UTC)
Hmmm... interesting. I'd assumed that it was an image captured with a spycam operated by a mole working for the FBI,... etc. But I guess the image could also be 'purchased' by the FBI from an informant, and we'll never know who the photographer was. This should never be used on the Main Page. (Ooops!) Thanks, 80.46.119.41, for pointing out the bad tag. Thanks for fixing this, Pharos. --PFHLai 01:35, 14 January 2007 (UTC)
This is a really common mistake, mistaking photos on the FBI site as PD. Maybe we should have a crime-fair use tag or something? Anyway, sorry I haven't been helping out too much on the Main Page recently, PHLai. You're doing a great job.--Pharos 02:38, 16 January 2007 (UTC)
