Faze (real name Chibuzor Orji) is a Nigerian musician and was a member of Nigerian hip hop group Plantashun Boyz (other members Black Face and Tu Face). The group split up in 2004 and each member of the group has gone on to launch successful solo careers. He is popular throughout Africa and the West African diaspora, specifically in the United Kingdom and the United States. Faze released his solo album Faze Alone in 2004. He has recently recorded a single with Akon. He also released another (independent).
