Fay R. Moulton (April 7, 1876 - February 18, 1945) was an American athlete and sprinter who competed in the early twentieth century.
He was born in Marion Center, Marion County, Kansas and died in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri.
Moulton won a bronze medal in Athletics at the 1904 Summer Olympics in the men's 60 metre dash, but was beaten by Archie Hahn who took gold and William Hogenson who won silver. In the 100 metres event as well as in the 200 metres competition he finished fourth.
Two years later he won the silver medal in the 100 metre competition at the 1906 Intercalated Games.
