Faulkland is a village in the civil parish of Hemington in the Mendip district of Somerset, England.
[edit] Overview
On the village green and at several other sites throughout the village there are standing stones of unknown origin.[1] Between two of the stones are the 16th or 17th century village stocks.[2]
There are two pubs in the village; The Faulkland Inn which dates from the early 19th century[3][4] and the Tuckers Grave.
The Wesleyan Chapel has been designated by English Heritage as a grade II listed building.[5]
