The copyright holder is Paul McCusker, producer and director of Focus on the Family Radio Theatre. The image will be used in the newly created article on Father Gilbert.

It qualifies as fair use because it is irreplaceable, it is low-resolution, it is not being used to advertise but to illustrate, and Radio Theatre is now defunct, having ceased to produce new dramas after airing "In Memoriam".
