I am concerned that the content of the article is too technical as well as lacks context. An uninformed reader should be able to articulate what an article is about from reading the first few sentences. Unfortunately, this content area is outside of my area of expertise. I agree that that the topic is very technical. According to your suggestion, I modified the general arrangement of the article. I hope that this one may be more useful. The very final part of the article is still in progress. 17:12, 15 August 2005 (UTC).

Thanks; as a matter of facts, in the solar sail article there is a link to my page in the first section "How they work". Thus, a reader can search for the easier phrase solar sail and find this particular topic in the course of the general space sail concept explanation. 17:47, 20 August 2005 (UTC)

(January 2007) According to the latest tag, I revised my article in a number of minor points, but I left major points unchanged (apart from small language improvements). Since this few pages are a strong summary of a long and complicate theory, reducing script further means to make mistakes.

So ultimately the "30 AU/yr" in the last sentence is equal to 30 astronomical units per year? is this really superior to any nuclear engine conveivable today? or for that matter to any sail design? because the Starwisp project claims that the spaceship would be able to travel at least 20% the speed of light, is 30 astronomical units per year the correct calculation? 24.139.240.166 (talk) 04:53, 19 December 2007 (UTC)
